Design for a Brave New World: Four Conversations

On Monday April 28, the class of the Liberal Studies course Design for a Brave New World, along with their instructor Claire Downey, will present a series of conversations on the future of design as part of their final research project.

The event will be held in room 008.

To accompany the talks, the students’ final manifesto projects will be on display throughout the afternoon. These manifestos take the form of creative writing, posters and pamphlets. They explore subjects ranging from eco-design, gender, thoughtfulness and play, while seeking alternate approaches to how we might shape our world.
