Description:
Applicants must be enrolled in any of the BFA or MA/MFA Photography programs.
- Enforce lab policies and safety guidelines.
- Assist students using lab printers, scanners and other software needs.
- Assist lab tech during induction workshops and open house.
- Organization and clean-up in the digital labs, photo studio, darkroom and storage areas.
- Help with checkout of equipment from the Photo Hub.
- Prepare Photo studio, darkroom, and photo areas for open house, final critiques photo related exhibitions, and end of the year exhibition.
- Prepare, record, and process videos for PCA Talks, assist with communications and admin
Experience, competencies and skills to be gained:
- Experience working with photographic equipment and software.
- Student will learn to be flexible, dependable, and able to work as a team.
Approximate hours per week: Any number of hours (between 4-12) you would like to commit.
Fixed weekly schedule to be determined once the candidate finalizes their class schedule.
