Independent Accommodation Authorization
I, (legal parent/guardian of the summer student), hereby authorize my child to stay at independent housing not affiliated with Paris College of Art (PCA) for the duration of his/her/their summer course with PCA.
I understand that I am the adult responsible for the minor student during his/her/their stay.
I understand that Paris College of Art is not responsible for the supervision of the student outside of class time and attest to the maturity and independence of the student.
